The design envisions three-storey wood-frame townhouses rising over former rail lands, creating a new residential community within a previously dormant urban corridor. It responds to the site’s unique history and constraints, proposing well-planned, light-filled homes intended to redefine and invigorate the surrounding neighbourhood.
