Waterfront Toronto tasked our office with creating an inspiring massing scheme and urban vision for the forthcoming Quayside Development Project. The subject lands include the East Bayfront (West Precinct) and the lands surrounding the Parliament Slip. The visual concept combined Toronto's developer-driven housing model with a diverse range of urban forms and massing arrangements. This ecclectic assemblage of forms and permeable ground plane creates an 'architecture of the city' that is experienced by all pedestrians.The rendered study included a mix of architectural and styles overlooking adjacent public space amenities and cultural features.
