Proposed renovation of an an existing 3 storey building in a Heritage Conservation District [under study]. Originally built as a branch of the Molson Bank, the existing building still maintains its original store front glazing and masonry work. It is proposed that substantially renovated including the renovation and expansion of the existing 3 apartments.
